A delicious restaurant on the water in Dumbo with a gorgeous view of Manhattan

My boyfriend and I explored Brooklyn Heights on Saturday afternoon and ended up in Dumbo for dinner at Celestine.

First, let me tell you about their Miso Butter Mashed Sweet Potatoes. Holy f. As my favorite food critics, The VIP List girls would say, “It fucked beyond belief.” And that it did.

The level of silkiness from the sweet potato mash was unreal. They must have whipped it in the blender for hours or something.

We also ordered the mezze platter, ceviche, and the ribeye for two with garlic and chive butter, and that came with parsnip mash which was just as silky in texture as the sweet potato mash. Unfortunately, I did not take a quality photo of our meal, but I did get an okay photo of the mezze platter, a stunning photo of the view, and my tangy and sweet raspberry champagne cocktail.
